UEH delivers battery energy storage systems from commercial and industrial sites up to utility-scale projects. Behind-the-meter systems for businesses typically range from around 100 kWh to several MWh. Our grid-scale work includes a 5 MW / 20 MWh battery project in South Australia. We handle the full turnkey EPC scope in-house: engineering, procurement and construction. In NSW, we design and deliver systems to meet the PDRS BESS4/BESS5 requirements, so eligible sites can access certificate incentives.

For a compatible battery that's already installed, connecting it to a virtual power plant usually takes [2–4 weeks]. That covers the compatibility check, commissioning the EMS gateway, testing and enrolment. Brands that are already integrated with our platform are quicker. A new brand needs extra integration and testing time.
Once a complete application with all the required certification and test reports is submitted, CEC assessment usually takes [several weeks]. Overall timing mostly depends on whether the product already has the testing it needs. Missing or non-compliant documents are the most common cause of delay. UEH can review your documents before you submit and help you avoid resubmissions.
Yes. United Energy Hub Pty Ltd holds NSW Contractor Licence 480314C (ABN 57 681 666 900). All electrical work is carried out by appropriately licensed electricians, and the battery and solar work is done by accredited installers. For PDRS certificates we work with an accredited ACP partner.
